Starting off my revamped routine well! Went for a long run yesterday with two friends round Addison’s (was like the beginning of a teenage horror, I can tell ya’) then another shorter run this morning and after my tute I shall go swimming! YAY! Have to run to the Bod beforehand to pick up a book - the horror - but exercise is all go!
